- Is my watch autenthic ? 

- Yes it does! All watches offered have been carefully autenthified directly by the manufactuer himself or by indepedendant watchmakers  here in Switzerland. In all cases, and even if the watch does not have the orginal papers, Lazy watch is issuing a formal guarantee (from 90 days to 3 years) allowing you to be fully safe. 

- What do i do if have an issue with my watch ? Contact us ASAP!

- Normally you should not have any issue as they have been check by professionals but customer service wont put you on hold with boring music for hours, in case of a need. Phone, emails, or social medias just select the easyest way you want and press the green button. In all case with the Lazy Watch guarantee, any potential issues (excluding intentional misstreatement) wont be an issue. 

- Can i buy from outside Switzerland ? 

-Yes. Please send a us a quick note from the contact page mentionning the model you wish to own and your location. We will come back to you ASAP with the logistics charges accoding to your location. 

- Who is responsible for the taxes and customs queries ?

- The Buyer, any transaction via to be shipped outside Switzerland implies DAP Incoterms meaning the vendor (we Lazy Watch) are not responsible and cannot be held accoutable for the potential taxes and custom duties from your country of origin.
